About the Position
The Street Team will be integral to the growth of the Club by interacting with the community, providing information and collateral as well as opportunities for fans and followers to engage the Club. As a Street Team Member you will act as a brand ambassador, build excitement around upcoming matches & provide feedback on public reactions and engagement outcomes.
Skills Required:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs without assistance.
- Friendly and outgoing personality who enjoys engaging and meeting new people
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Capability to work both independently and with a team.
- Experience in sales, promotions or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to transport event supplies.
Your responsibilities would look like:
- Facilitate activation at community & stadium events, while providing superb customer service and excitement about the organization, including sharing info on ticket offerings, upcoming events or promotions.
- Have a working knowledge of U.S. and international soccer.
- Distribute collateral during events and promotions, as well as secure sales leads.
- Assist in set-up and breakdown of interactive tent and event display at events.
