AV ALTA FC
AV ALTA FC is a professional soccer club competing in the United Soccer League in Lancaster, California. The Club plays in newly renovated, soccer-specific Lancaster Municipal Stadium, only the fourth professional soccer-specific stadium in Southern California. The Club will launch a pre-professional women's team in 2026. The Antelope Valley is an untapped soccer hotbed in north Los Angeles County, with thousands of youth players and many thousands more supporting the game at all levels.
THE ROLE
The Media Coordinator will oversee the creation, capture, and editing of content that showcases AV ALTA FC across all platforms. This role requires a creative storyteller with strong production skills who can bring the club’s brand, players, and fans to life through video, photo, and multimedia projects. The Media Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content for social media, web, and broadcast.
- Capture game day and event footage including highlights, behind-the-scenes, and fan engagement.
- Produce creative features, hype videos, and branded content.
- Work collaboratively with the Design and Digital teams to execute campaigns.
- Manage and organize the club’s media archive.
- Deliver content in real time on game days and events.
- Maintain equipment and stay current on production trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Film, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of video production and editing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong camera operation skills (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema, etc.).
- Knowledge of lighting, audio, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and game days.
- Experience in sports production a plus.
COMPENSATION
Total compensation will be $35,000 – $40,000.
