The Operations Staff is responsible for executing event-day setup, operations and post-event
breakdown to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all fans and staff. This
position plays a crucial role in the behind-the-scenes operations of each event at the stadium.

Key Responsibilities:
 Pre-Event Preparation:
o Assist with setup of stadium signage, promotional materials, sponsor activations,
and field/venue equipment.
o Prepare concourse, fan zones and premium seating spaces as needed.
o Perform pre-event checks for cleanliness and safety.
 During Event:
o Assist with scanning prepaid parking passes or selling onsite parking.
o Assist with check in (ticket scanning on game days or general check in at non
game events)
o Assist with distribution of premium items or promotional materials.
o Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate supervisors.
o Other duties as assigned.
 Post-Event Duties:
o Assist with breakdown and storage of equipment, signage, and materials.
o Perform post-event cleanup and reset tasks as assigned.
o Report any damage or lost-and-found items to management.

Qualifications:
 Must be at least 18 years old.
 Prior experience in customer service, event staffing, or stadium operations is a plus.
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 Able to work on feet for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
 A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
