Ticket Sales Representative
Reports to: Director of Ticketing

Location: Omaha, NE — Morrison Stadium
Position Summary
The Ticket Sales Representative is a front-line sales role responsible for generating new ticket revenue for Union Omaha across season memberships, group sales, single-game packages, and premium products. Reps are the engine of the ticketing business — they prospect, take meetings, build relationships across the Omaha and Council Bluffs market, and convert leads into long-term members and group buyers. This is an ideal role for early-career sales professionals who want to develop in a high-activity, high-coaching environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry an individual revenue quota across new season memberships, group ticket packages, single-game sales, and select premium inventory.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate new business.
• Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline; maintain disciplined CRM hygiene on every account.
• Conduct stadium tours and in-person sales meetings at Morrison Stadium.
• Develop targeted outreach into youth soccer clubs, schools, faith-based organizations, and corporate buyers across the Omaha metro.
• Work game days, including ticket sales tables, in-stadium prospect meetings, and member touchpoints.
• Support member renewal campaigns under the direction of the Director and Manager of Ticket Operations.
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity standards.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and pipeline reviews with the Director.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of sales experience; prior ticket sales, B2B, or B2C sales experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and resilience; high activity tolerance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for sports, soccer, or live entertainment is a plus, not a requirement.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and Union Omaha home matches.
