Position Summary
The Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics is the embedded analytics partner for both the Ticketing and Partnerships functions. This role builds and maintains the club's sales reporting, supports pricing and yield management, develops segmentation and lead scoring models, measures partner ROI, and turns CRM and ticketing data into actionable insights for the sales teams. The Manager works across both directors' organizations, balancing ticketing analytics (pacing, renewal probability, dynamic pricing) with partnership analytics (asset valuation, audience delivery, renewal scoring).
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain core sales dashboards — pacing, pipeline, renewal probability, group sales conversion, and partnership revenue — accessible to both directors and the Senior Director of Sales.
• Lead ticket pricing analysis, including base price recommendations, dynamic pricing windows, and renewal pricing strategy.
• Develop segmentation, lead scoring, and prospect targeting models for ticket sales reps and partnership new-business outreach.
• Measure partnership asset value and partner ROI; provide renewal probability scoring to inform Director-level account strategy.
• Partner with Ticket Operations to ensure data definitions, manifest accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Own match-by-match attendance reporting, audience composition analysis, and game-day performance summaries.
• Support marketing on campaign attribution, lead source ROI, and conversion analysis.
• Build ad-hoc analyses for the Senior Director of Sales, both Directors, and the President as requested.
• Recommend tooling and data infrastructure improvements as the commercial organization scales toward the new stadium opening.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years of analytics experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing commercial environments.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with sports CRM platforms (KORE, Salesforce) and ticketing data structures.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and translating data into business recommendations.
Skills & Competencies
• Analytical rigor and intellectual honesty
• Communication of insights to non-technical audiences
• Cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management
• Pricing and yield analytics
• ROI measurement and attribution
