THE OPPORTUNITY
Union Omaha is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive who will take on a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. This role sits across all areas of the club’s commercial efforts, from sponsorships and advertising to premium seating and ticket sales. It’s a 360° sales role with both new business development and account management at its core. This isn’t about fitting into a fixed mold. What’s critical is that the individual understands how to sell, is ready to take ownership of their pipeline, and can handle the breadth and nuance of the role. The potential for a new stadium brings further growth and partnership opportunities, and you’ll play a central role in supporting the unlocking of this. With support from senior leadership and external consultants (including PSP for naming rights), this is a rare chance to grow both revenue and your own career trajectory in parallel. This hire is as important to the future of the club as any on-pitch appointment. You’ll be the face of Union Omaha to new and existing partners and help define what the club’s commercial future looks like.

THE ROLE As a Corporate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Corporate Sales and Leadership team in generating new business by selling corporate sponsorships, promotions, tabling opportunities, advertising, and tickets. This position will also support relationship-building efforts with current clients and assist with renewal processes of current contracts/agreements. This role is not limited to sales alone. You will represent the club at matches and community events, collaborate across different teams internally, and assist with ongoing partner activation. Additionally, you’ll work closely with PSP (external consultants managing high-end naming rights opportunities), with the expectation of teamwork rather than duplication. You’ll report to Alexis Boulos, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the leadership team to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Conduct research to help build and organize lists of potential new partners
• Build and foster relationships with past, current and potential new clients
