The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Club Admin to join our front office team and keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional sports environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to make an immediate impact on a growing club.

What You’ll Do
  • HR & Staff Support: Manage onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with USL and Texas labor standards.
  • Finance & Office Operations: Track expenses, process invoices, maintain spreadsheets, and support our bookkeeper with accurate financial reporting.
  • Administration: Maintain organized filing systems, oversee office policies, handle vendor communications, and manage supplies.
  • Game Day Support: Assist with match day logistics including vendor coordination, setup, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Team Player: Jump in wherever needed — from coordinating schedules, assisting in youth soccer, to supporting community-facing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, HR, or operations (sports, small business, or collegiate athletics preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, vendors, and fans.
  • Comfortable with financial processes and reporting.
  • Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in Shopify, Google drive, Ramp, and Vensure payroll software.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and match days.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Ramp financial software and Shopify platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating events in a sports or entertainment setting.
  • Familiarity with HR laws and compliance.
