JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at the first women's professional soccer team in Tampa, Florida. As the Ticket Operations Manager you will lead all aspects of ticket and box office operations for events occurring at the sporting facility, including analyzing our internal CRM systems for ticket operational efficiencies. This position acts as a key liaison between the various stakeholders, such as venue management, league contacts, outside event promoters, ticket partners, etc.
The Ticket Operations Manager will work in close collaboration with the entire sales department and organization to ensure cohesion and synergy. A strong focus on ticketing systems, manifesto creation, and the proven ability to operate independently are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all ticket operations processes including but not limited to: event creation, order processing, inventory management, payment plans, mobile ticket assistance, ticket exchanges, member account requests, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event logistics, sales strategy, and execution of all related events
- Work with SeatGeek & USL support teams to troubleshoot system issues, event creation, reporting, etc.
- Assist Finance team in the reconciliation of all related events
- Manage access control systems for all related events
- Assist Ticket Sales Manager with form creation and data capture processes
- Work with various integrated ticketing partners on operational builds
- Build and maintain manifests, season ticket plans, and all related events
- Set up price points, variable pricing, and associated price components
- Oversee invoicing and renewal process for season ticket members and on sale process for ticket plans and individual events
- Process, review, and fulfill membership contracts and ticket orders for new sales, member services, and group sales
- Fulfill internal ticket requests, develop, and operate an internal complimentary ticket program and processes
- Facilitate payment plans and work closely with sales and service teams to ensure account compliance
- Execute sales initiatives with special offer builds and 3rd party integrations
- Monitor online sales, pricing, and inventory levels
- Ensure online functionality for all sales links and online account management for ticket holders
- Update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis regarding performance against sales targets
- Liaison with soccer operations staff on player, team, and league tickets
- Hire, train, and oversee all matchday ticket operations and box office staff
- Perform general phone line duties if needed
- Assemble various ticket sales reports in conjunction with the Ticket Sales Manager
- Prepare and submit league reports as needed
- Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend all games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of ticket operations experience required
- Ticketing platform experience required
- General knowledge of CRM systems required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
- Display a keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem solving and analytical decision-making skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Competitive nature and a positive, teamwork attitude
- May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights
