POSITION SUMMARY:

Tampa Bay Sun FC is seeking passionate, energetic, and positive individuals to join the Street Team as brand ambassadors for the club. This role supports the growth and development of an inclusive soccer fanbase by engaging with the Tampa Bay community at gamedays and local events, educating new audiences, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with individuals and organizations. Responsibilities include leading soccer drills at community events, distributing promotional items, supporting entertainment elements, and overseeing brand activations, including event setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Represent Tampa Bay Sun FC at community events, festivals, youth tournaments, parades, watch parties, and home matches.
  • Execute grassroots marketing activations, including setup and breakdown of tents, games, inflatables, and promotional displays.
  • Engage fans, distribute promotional items, and provide information about the club, memberships, and ticket offers.
  • Collect lead data and support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with event logistics, including loading/unloading equipment and maintaining inventory of promotional items.
  • Deliver high-energy fan engagement while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Follow event schedules and provide weekly availability.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for soccer and community engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with diverse audiences.
  • High-energy team player with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least 60-75% of community events and all home matches.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with event setup and operations.
  • Prior experience in sports, live events, or sales are a plus, preferably in professional sports.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass background and safeguarding checks.
  • Availability for gamedays, community events, and irregular hours.
