The Tampa Bay Rowdies Corporate Partnerships Services Manager will function as the lead in all assigned partnership duties, this includes frequent communication with corporate partner contacts to develop and implement strategic activation concepts, fulfill contractual elements, and deliver first class service.
Responsibilities
  • Implement, activate, and track all assigned partner assets to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled for assigned Tampa Bay Rowdies accounts.
  • Act as liaison between the Corporate Partnerships department and all other Rowdies departments
  • Coordinate multiple partnership elements that include, but are not limited to, player appearances, private events, television broadcast inclusion, in-stadium signage, watch parties, promotions, sweepstakes, and in-stadium experiences, such as honorary captain, halftime presentations and check presentations. 
  • Conduct consistent touch points with each client to develop long-term relationships and continually find creative solutions that go above and beyond the contract to enhance the partnership experience.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies and activations that utilize the partner’s contractual assets to fulfill their strategic goals. 
  • Collaborate internally with Sales Team members on respective shared sponsor accounts and provide details about on-going interactions and contractual executions. 
  • Conduct mid- and end of season recaps that illustrate partner deliverables as proof of performance by embedding pictures, audio, and video through Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation media. 
  • Track corporate partner activity and updates daily through Salesforce CRM system. 
  • Identify additional upsell opportunities for current partners throughout the season that can generate incremental revenue for the organization.
  • Ability to fulfill gameday activation duties, such as serving as the department representative during the duration of games to assist with partner tabling, presentations, proof of performance capture, and more.
  • Engage in the Rowdies employee-first culture by working well with others and participating in team building events. 
  • Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Event Management, or similar field preferred
  • At least two (2) years of experience of customer account management, preferably in sports
  • Knowledge of Rowdies corporate partners 
  • Ability to collaborate with many individuals and businesses at the same time.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft programs; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Positive attitude with focus on providing superior customer service internally and externally.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, creative, and enthusiastic
