The Tampa Bay Rowdies are looking for a Director of Ticket Sales & Service with a proven track record of generating revenue through effective sales and brand initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the ticket sales and service strategy, generating revenue and mentor, develop and manage a growing sales and service team.
Responsibilities
1.    Provide leadership for new season ticket sales, season ticket retention, group and premium sales, and service initiatives to achieve overall revenue and attendance goals.
2.    Develop, maintain, and execute a year-round sales and service approach to meet and exceed goals.
3.    Sell season ticket plans, multigame packages, and premium spaces for Tampa Bay Rowdies matches.
4.    Create and implement regular sales, service, and training initiatives to incentivize, motivate, and elevate overall team productivity and performance.
5.    Drive ticket sales by prospecting new business, conducting virtual and in-person presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
6.    Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting a positive example and leading team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives.
7.    Monitor and optimize the team’s sales pipeline and lead management processes to ensure consistent growth.
8.    Collaborate with the strategy and analytics team to identify and pursue high-quality leads, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
9.    Coordinate with marketing, communications, stadium operations, and Creative Services to ensure mutually supporting sales initiatives, appropriate collateral, and sufficient lead time to maximize sales performance. 
10.  Manage ticket operations to enhance online sales performance and customer engagement. Oversee game day ticket operations, including season ticket member events and on-site customer service.
11.  Ensure top-tier service to all ticket holders by establishing streamlined communication and support processes.
12.  Lead planning and execution of fan engagement events for season ticket holders and the general public.
13.  Support the team in identifying upselling and referral opportunities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
  1. BA/BS in related field or three to five years of related experience
  2. Minimum three years of proven experience as a sales manager in the sports industry
  3. Results-oriented leader with proven ability to motivate people and maximize revenue production
  4. Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, including coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management
  5. Proactive planner with a sense of urgency, creativity, style, and attention to detail
  6. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  7. Outstanding communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop/support consensus across departments to support unified effort toward team goals.
  9. Ticketing platform experience preferred.
  10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  12. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
