We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative for Dallas Trinity FC. This role involves engaging with fans, handling ticket inquiries, and maximizing sales opportunities to enhance the fan experience at our soccer matches.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and emails to assist customers with purchasing soccer tickets.
Provide detailed information on ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium amenities.
Upsell single-game ticket buyers to season passes, VIP packages, or premium seating options.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to organize promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our ticketing system.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote ticket sales and special events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, ideally in a sports or entertainment environment is preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic computer proficiency.
Availability to work 32 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
Passion and genuine interest in delivering an exceptional fan experience.
