About the Role
Dallas Trinity FC is looking for reliable, energetic team members to support match day operations at the Cotton Bowl. This role is essential to creating a great experience for fans, players, and staff on game days.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-game setup and post-game breakdown
- Support fan-facing operations including gates, ushering, and wayfinding
- Help manage crowd flow and venue logistics throughout the match
- Assist with equipment setup, signage, and supply transport
- Respond to requests from game day leadership and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout the event
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods, often for most of the shift
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing more than 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cotton Bowl on match days
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Prior event or game day experience a plus, but not required
- Must be available for all scheduled home matches for the season
