Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our ticket sales and game day operations team at Dallas Trinity FC. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in customer service, sales outreach, and event operations within the sports industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and respond to overflow inbound email inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Conduct community outreach activities, including dropping off posters and marketing collateral at local businesses.
· Assist with game day operations, including coordinating group experiences, managing sale tables, and overseeing gift redemption processes.
· Engage in outbound sales and customer service outreach efforts to enhance ticket sales and fan engagement.
· Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
· Availability to work events outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or recent graduate.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work on game-days.
· Sales experience is preferred but not required.
· Must be able to lift or move items up to 30 pounds.
· Must be able to commit to 30-35 hours per week.
