Position Description
As the visual media manager you will capture the experience of our team both on and off the field. This role will cover home matches, media days, jersey launches, training sessions, community events, and other club needs. The content you produce will be shared across social media, the club website, marketing campaigns, and in-stadium platforms.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys telling stories through photography and videography and has the technical skills to produce professional-quality work in a fast-moving environment. This position is hands-on, collaborative, and central to how fans experience our club.
Primary Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce video content for home matches, training sessions, media days, community events, press conferences, and other club activities.
- Edit and deliver content optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, website, in-stadium displays, and external marketing campaigns.
- Develop video concepts that align with club initiatives and brand standards.
- Create highlight reels, hype videos, behind-the-scenes features, and other engaging content to build fan connections and grow the club’s brand.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality footage in a variety of environments.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient storage and archival of footage.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience (sports experience preferred).
- Proficiency with video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience producing content for social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds of AV equipment.
- Must be able to work home matchdays (18-20 days per year, often nights and weekends).
