Overview of Sarasota Paradise
Sarasota Paradise is a premier destination offering an unforgettable experience to locals and visitors in the Sarasota area. We strive to create joy and memories for all of our guests through community soccer. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Website Management Intern to join our team and support the optimization and upkeep of Sarasota Paradise’s websites. This role would work directly with the Head of Marketing and Digital Media Manager, offering a strong introduction to digital operations in the sports industry.

Internship Purpose
As a Website Management Intern at Sarasota Paradise, you will play a key role in ensuring our digital presence is engaging, accurate, and user-friendly. The purpose of this role is to assist with website content updates, user experience design, performance monitoring, and backend functionality. You will gain hands-on experience using industry tools and contribute to enhancing fan engagement and brand visibility online.

This is an unpaid internship with flexible hours. The internship runs from September 30, 2025 through January 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update and manage website content across multiple pages and sections
  • Assist in improving site navigation, layout, and overall user experience
  • Monitor website performance, identify issues, and assist with troubleshooting
  • Collaborate on SEO, analytics tracking, and digital optimization projects
  • Support integration of multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and interactive elements
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand identity across all digital platforms
  • Other website management and digital operations tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Participants must be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and must certify that they are able to receive college credit from an accredited college or university for their participation
  • Basic knowledge of website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or comparable CMS
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other coding languages is preferred but not required
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mentality
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to commit from September 30, 2025 through January 2026
