Sarasota Paradise is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join the club’s Street Team. Street Team Members play an important role in building excitement around the club by connecting with fans across the Sarasota and Manatee communities. This role focuses on grassroots marketing, community engagement, and helping promote Sarasota Paradise events and matches throughout the region.

• Represent Sarasota Paradise at community events, local businesses, and public gatherings
 • Distribute promotional materials including game schedules, flyers, and giveaways
 • Engage with fans and community members to promote upcoming games and club initiatives
 • Assist with promotional activations at farmers markets, festivals, youth soccer events, and local venues
 • Support game day activations and fan engagement activities at Premier Sports Campus
 • Capture basic content such as photos or short videos for social media when requested
 • Help set up and break down promotional booths or street activations
 • Provide feedback to the marketing team on community engagement and outreach opportunities

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
 • Passion for sports, soccer, or community engagement
 • Ability to approach and interact with the public confidently
 • Reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
 • Comfortable working outdoors and at community events
 • Previous marketing, event, or promotional experience is a plus but not required

• Knowledge of the Sarasota and Manatee County community
 • Experience in promotions, brand ambassador roles, or event staffing
 • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

This role may be structured as a part time, internship, or volunteer position depending on the candidate and availability. Compensation or incentives may include hourly pay, merchandise, tickets, and opportunities to gain professional sports industry experience.
