Game Day Concessions & Hospitality Staff

Position Overview
Sarasota Paradise is seeking dependable, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Game Day Concessions & Hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality food, beverage, and premium guest experience on game days.
Staff will support general concessions, premium hospitality areas, and VIP experiences, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Concessions Operations
- Set up and break down concession stands, including stocking inventory and preparing service areas
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and safe manner
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all concession areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Hospitality & Premium Areas
- Assist with setup and presentation of suites, VIP lounges, and hospitality spaces
- Ensure food and beverage offerings are properly displayed and replenished
- Provide attentive, high-level customer service to premium guests and partners
- Support catering delivery, setup, and breakdown in hospitality areas
Customer Service
- Deliver a friendly and professional experience to all fans and guests
- Respond to guest needs, questions, and concerns promptly
- Uphold club standards for service, presentation, and professionalism
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to local and state regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
Qualifications
- Previous food service, concessions, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Food handler certification and/or alcohol service certification (preferred or required based on role)

Schedule Expectations
- Availability for all home games and select events
- Typical shifts range from 4–8 hours (including setup and breakdown)
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
