About the Role
Sarasota Paradise is entering its first full professional season in USL League One and is building the strongest brand in the entire USL ecosystem. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to own every aspect of our marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing for Sarasota Paradise, including digital, social media, content, partnerships, promotions, and community engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 3–5 marketing staff.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive ticket sales, sponsorship revenue, and brand awareness.
- Oversee game-day marketing and fan experiences (required attendance at all home games, weekends, and select evenings).
- Position Sarasota Paradise as the #1 brand in USL through innovative, data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- Formal marketing education (Bachelor’s degree minimum in Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- Proven experience leading marketing teams (minimum 3+ years managing staff).
- Direct experience in professional sports marketing (USL, MLS, or equivalent league preferred).
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including all game days, weekends, and peak event periods.
