Job Overview
We have created a new position in the revenue department for a Director of Corporate Partnerships, who will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional, and national brands through the sale of integrated partnership packages. We are only considering experienced salespeople ready to secure some of our largest deals in club history over the next several months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by selling partnerships, stadium branding, digital and social media assets, and other advertising opportunities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential partners, qualifying leads through research, networking events, referrals, and outreach efforts to expand the partnership portfolio
  • Proposal Development: Customize partnership proposals (SponsorCX), detailing activations, branding opportunities, and ROI metrics to meet partners’ objectives 
  • Track Data in CRM: Log sales activity, revenue, and interactions in CRM (ActiveCampaign) to drive analytics and reporting
  • Fulfill Partnership Activations: Deliver on partnership commitments, coordinating deliverables to meet expectations

 Key Measurables
  • Generate partnership revenue, per ownership targets
  • Document robust sales touchpoints (calls, emails, meetings) in CRM, per ownership targets
  •  Achieve high sponsor satisfaction and retention rates, per ownership targets

 Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sports partnership sales, with a strong track record of securing six and seven figure annual deals
  • Passion for soccer and community engagement, eager to grow with a USL League One club
 
Closing Remarks
The Director of Corporate Partnerships position will include a base salary and an incentive plan for all individual revenue contributions. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel (partner meetings, networking events, etc.) is required for this position. Experience in the Florida marketplace is preferred but not required.
