Sarasota Paradise, a professional soccer club competing in USL League One, is looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance-driven marketing efforts that translate directly
into ticket sales, fan growth, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn strategy into execution—and
execution into measurable results. Your campaigns won’t live in dashboards—they’ll show up in
packed stands, engaged fans, and real business impact.

What You’ll Own
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms with a focus on ticket sales, attendance, and ROI.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
    • Execute email and marketing campaigns that move fans from awareness to purchase to loyalty.
  • Audience Segmentation (Applied)
    • Leverage existing audience segments within our CRM to deliver targeted, high- performing campaigns. You won’t be responsible for building the data infrastructure - but you should know how to apply segmentation strategically to improve performance.
  • E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization
    • Optimize the online purchase journey for tickets, merchandise, and experiences to maximize conversion rates.
  • Campaign Performance & Insights
    • Analyze results, run tests, and continuously improve performance across all digital channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with creative, content, and fan experience teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, compelling, and effective.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven success managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Experience working within CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journeys
  • Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Bonus Points
  • Experience in sports, live events, or entertainment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and A/B testing
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Work Environment
This role operates within live sports. Availability for home games, as well as select nights and
weekends, is requiredto support campaigns and key initiatives.
