The San Francisco Glens are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandise Operations Intern to support the day-to-day fulfillment and organization of the club’s online merchandise store. This role is essential to ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining an organized inventory system. The intern will work in the club office and serve as the on-the-ground support for merch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and ship online merchandise orders in a timely and organized manner
- Print shipping labels and prepare orders for pickup
- Drop off outgoing packages at the post office or designated shipping location
- Organize and maintain merchandise shelves and inventory in the office
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and restocking needs
- Coordinate with club administrators regarding order volume, inventory levels, and fulfillment needs
- Support occasional merch-related projects as needed (new drops, audits, etc.)
Qualifications
- Ability to be physically present in the club office on a regular basis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage routine tasks independently
- Comfortable using basic technology (label printers, spreadsheets, online store platforms)
- Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drop off packages locally preferred
