Position Summary

Salem City FC is seeking a Videographer Intern to support the club’s media and content operations throughout the 2026 USL League Two season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual content across training, matchdays, and behind-the-scenes environments.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a professional sports portfolio while working in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Capture video content at training sessions, matches, and club events
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media and club platforms
  • Edit and deliver content aligned with the club’s brand and identity
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to capture key football moments and themes
  • Assist in creating player-focused content (highlights, features, interviews)
  • Support matchday content production (arrival, warm-up, in-game atmosphere, post-match)
  • Maintain organized media files and workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content creation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, live sporting environment
  • High attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in sports media or content creation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Basic understanding of football (soccer) environment and culture
Professional Development Opportunity

This internship provides hands-on experience in a competitive football environment, with the opportunity to build a professional portfolio of sports content.

Academic Credit Opportunity

Salem City FC is able to support candidates seeking college or university credit for this internship.

Applicants are responsible for coordinating requirements with their academic institution. The club will provide appropriate documentation and supervision where applicable.
