VIDEO PRODUCER: OVERVIEW
The Video Producer is responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content across social, digital, campaign, and in-stadium platforms. This role owns projects from concept through delivery and plays a key role in setting the standard for how Sacramento Republic FC tells its story through video.
This position collaborates closely with marketing, social, and creative teams and operates in a fast-paced, live-event-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Plan, shoot, and edit video content across social, digital, campaign, and in-stadium platforms.
● Own video projects from concept through final delivery.
● Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on storytelling and campaign execution.
● Capture live moments on matchdays, events, and club initiatives.
● Help establish and maintain quality and storytelling standards for video content.
● Manage footage, assets, and workflows efficiently.
● Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight timelines.
● Ensure video content aligns with brand standards and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
● 3–5+ years of professional video production experience.
Skills & Capabilities
● Strong shooting and editing skills.
● Proficiency with industry-standard editing software.
● Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Experience in sports or live events preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
● Position based in Sacramento, in office five days per week.
● Significant evening, weekend, and matchday work required.
