POSITION DESCRIPTION
Box Office Representatives serve as the first point of contact for fans on matchdays and play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding stadium experience. Team members assist guests with purchasing single-match tickets, resolving ticketing questions, and providing general information about Republic FC and the stadium. Representatives are also responsible for supporting stadium health and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Assist fans with ticket purchases, including same-day single-match ticket sales for walk-up customers.
  • Troubleshoot ticketing concerns and answer questions about Republic FC, stadium policies, and matchday procedures.
  • Operate ticketing systems such as SeatGeek Unify, Account Manager, and the SRFC Mobile App.
  • Support matchday operations as needed, including scanning tickets and directing guests.
  • Help uphold stadium health and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the organization.

Qualifications
Preferred
  • Experience with Seatgeek Ticketing Software 
  • Previous Box Office Experience

Required
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must be able to adhere to pre-scheduled shifts and be on-time for those shifts.  
  • Must be available for approximately 80% of all home matches, including Season Opener (early March), State Fair (August), and Season Finale (late October). Full 2026 schedule can be found here: https://www.sacrepublicfc.com/schedule/
  • Able to work outdoors in inclement and/or hot weather. 
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with guests & teammates
  • Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Able to scan tickets and assist with other stadium operations as needed.
  • Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.


Compensation: $16.90/hour
Part-Time
Seasonal: February - November 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position, move around the stadium, inspect spaces and items, and communicate with guests and teammates. The employee constantly works in outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally required to move items and ascend/descend stairs.
