Schedule:
- Training: Monday through Thursday evenings
- Games: Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions
- Develop players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
- Foster a positive and professional team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and club leadership
- Support club initiatives and long-term player development goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous soccer coaching experience
- Collegiate-level playing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of player development principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing players and growing within a professional environment
