The Partnerships Coordinator will play a vital supporting role within the Corporate Partnerships department. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and activation of assigned partnership accounts and relationships. This position will provide exceptional client service, help clients generate powerful marketing activations, and assist the Corporate Partnership Sales Team in creating synergistic marketing programs with our partners. 

Responsibilities:
  • Support the overall sales process in the Corporate Partnerships department.  This includes assisting the Sales team on renewal & new business opportunities. 
  • Develop customized creative materials designed to bring our clients and various sales opportunities to life. Materials may include sales presentations, teaser one sheets, client communication templates, storyboards, client recaps. 
  • Manage inventory including but not limited to radio advertising, in-stadium physical and digital signage, hospitality assets, tabling and activation calendar, digital assets, etc. 
  • Responsible for activation and execution of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery on all sponsorship assets within partner agreements while providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Build and develop relationships with assigned sponsors via regular in-person meetings and communication, conducting regular planning and activation meetings with assigned accounts. 
  • Schedule and manage contractual game day and non-game day events (pre-game parties, suite reservations, field days and pre-game interactive display setup/breakdown 
  • Coordinate sponsorship elements across the organization, working closely with other departments to ensure that all contractual assets are being fulfilled. 
 
Game Day Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the on-site execution and management of partner activations and promotions during home games.
  • Provide support for partner hospitality areas and client entertainment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partners on game days, addressing any needs or issues.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership elements.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:   
  • Background in sport operations at the international, professional, or collegiate level. 
  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing/Management) or equivalent work experience. 
  • Client Service experience. 
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Enthusiastic and initiative-taking attitude. 
  • Forward thinker and contributor of ideas and opinions to tasks in hand. 
  • High work ethic, with an ability to work both independently and part of a wider team. 
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
