The Richmond Kickers and Richmond Ivy Soccer Clubs are actively seeking an enthusiastic Game Presentation Intern. This is a position for applicants seeking college credit during the Summer of 2026 and this role will report directly to the Video and Digital Media Producer.
The internship start date is May 26, 2026, and the end date is August 4, 2026 (10 weeks).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of live in-game elements and events.
- Assist with game day production scripts, including copy editing, printing, and distribution.
- Assist the planning and preparation of in-stadium entertainment, scoreboard operations, and live timing coordination.
- Assist the creative team with the creation, planning, and execution of all game presentation features and elements
- Assisting with content load-ins to the Motion Rocket Launchpad system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Interest and/or experience in event coordination and live entertainment.
- The ideal candidate will display effective communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized, is a strong problem solver, is detail-oriented, and can excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced environment.
- Candidates must be able to stay engaged for the entirety of the game and have basic knowledge of soccer.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be available for all Kickers and Ivy home games during the internship period.
