Want a front-row seat to building a professional sports brand from the ground up? Reno Pro Soccer is looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Digital Content Captain to help tell our story and grow our fanbase—one post, reel, and highlight at a time. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a rising pro club, build real-world experience in sports marketing, and create content that actually gets seen.
Important Note: Candidates must live in the Reno/Northern Nevada area to attend local events and meetings in person. Position is currently part-time or on contract, but based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, it may become full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Club’s day-to-day digital presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging posts
- Create and publish compelling content—graphics, short-form video, copy, and live moments in the community
- Engage and respond with fans and the community through comments, DMs, and platform features
- Manage and deploy the Club’s eNewsletter, helping grow and activate our email audience
- Support light website updates and help maintain the Club’s fan database
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to bring the Club’s voice, values, and culture to life
