Position Summary
Port St. Lucie Sports Club is seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Director of Ticketing to lead all ticketing operations and sales efforts ahead of the club’s inaugural season.
This role will be responsible for building and executing the club’s full ticketing strategy from the ground up, including pricing structure, inventory strategy, sales planning, and revenue forecasting. The Director of Ticketing will oversee all ticket operations, CRM strategy, and matchday execution while managing and developing the ticketing team and establishing clear benchmarks for success.
This is a leadership role for a professional who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build systems, processes, pricing models, and a high-performing team from the ground up while making a direct impact on the club’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Ticketing Strategy, Pricing & Revenue Leadership

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive ticketing strategy

·         Create and implement full ticket pricing structure

·         Establish revenue targets and benchmarks

·         Own revenue performance and reporting

·         Identify new revenue opportunities
Team Leadership & Sales Management

·         Manage and oversee ticketing team

·         Set expectations and performance benchmarks

·         Develop sales processes and pipeline standards

·         Recruit and train staff

·         Build a high-performance sales culture

Ticket Operations & System Oversight

·         Lead ticketing platform management

·         Oversee builds and inventory

·         Ensure operational accuracy and scalability

·         Manage reporting and analytics

·         Own CRM strategy using ActiveCampaign

·         Develop segmentation and automation

·         Analyze data to drive sales

Game Day & Fan Experience Execution

·         Oversee matchday ticketing operations

·         Ensure seamless fan experience 

·         Support all game day initiatives

Qualifications
·         Currently located in or have strong, established ties to the Port St. Lucie / Treasure Coast area is preferred with existing network within the local business community strongly preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management of related field preferred

·         1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends 

·         Experience with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign) is a plus 

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

·         Base salary $50 - $60K plus commission structure 

·         Performance-based incentives tied to revenue goals
