Position: Stadium & Facilities Operations Hourly Staff
Description:
The Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC and Highmark Stadium are seeking Stadium & Facilities Operations Hourly Staff who are interested in stadium operations within a professional sports venue. We are looking for Stadium & Facilities Operations Hourly Staff to work directly with the Stadium Operations Supervisors. This is a hourly position and is for both of our facility location, Coraopolis and Station Square Pittsburgh.
Duties:
- Provide a safe, clean, friendly, and well-maintained facility for fans, staff, and players
- Coordinate with other departments on venue layouts and facility up keep
- Assist with facility access and walk-throughs
- Help with emergency repairs, including diagnosis and repair execution
- Perform additional duties as required by the Operations staff
- Event coverage
- Custodial
- Grounds up keep
Qualifications:
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Polite, positive, outgoing, self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift 35lb's
- Team player able to handle a variety of tasks
- Ability to handle physical requirements of job including setting up equipment for events and other light to medium lifting. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
