Phoenix Rising FC is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Game Presentation Intern to assist with the planning and execution of our matchday entertainment and fan experience. Working alongside the Director of Operations and Game Presentation, this position provides hands-on experience in live event production, stage management, sponsor activations, and professional sports entertainment.

·      Assist with creating game presentation scripts, timelines, and run of show documents.

·      Assist with rehearsals and execution of the National Anthem, Color Guard, player walkouts, pregame ceremonies, halftime entertainment, and other in game presentations.

·      Coordinate on field participants, performers, and promotional elements to ensure smooth execution.

·      Assist with minor setup and breakdown of game presentation equipment and activations as needed

·      Support other game presentation and event production needs as assigned.

·      Passion for sports, live events, and entertainment.

·      Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·      Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live event environment.

·      Positive attitude, dependable, and team oriented.

·      Experience with live event production, theater, stage management, sports, or event planning is a plus but not required.

·      Ideally available for all remaining Phoenix Rising FC home matches (not required).

·      Ideally available to work one to two office days per week during home match weeks. Flexible scheduling available.

This is an unpaid internship intended to provide hands-on experience in professional sports. Academic internship credit may be available if coordinated through the candidate's college or university.
