Phoenix Rising FC is seeking a Content Asset Management Intern to support the club’s photo and video operations during the 2026 season. This role will focus on organizing, cataloging and maintaining digital media assets to ensure efficient access and workflow across departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in sports media operations and digital content management within a professional soccer organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain photo and video assets across multiple storage systems
- Develop and manage structured file systems and metadata tagging for efficient retrieval
- Audit existing content libraries to improve organization and eliminate redundancies
- Assist with file transfers, backups and quality control of digital assets
- Support content and creative teams with asset preparation and administrative needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure media assets are accessible and properly archived
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, Photography, Film Production or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of digital photo/video formats and storage workflows
- Proficiency in Mac and PC operating systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Self-motivated with strong time management and communication skills
Schedule & Commitment
- Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling around academic commitments
