About the Role
Orange County SC is seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our Street Team. As a key part of our fan-facing marketing efforts, Street Team Members represent the club throughout Orange County at home matches, community events, tournaments, festivals, partner activations, and more. This role is perfect for candidates who love soccer, enjoy engaging with fans, and thrive in fast-paced event environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support OCSC at both on-site and off-site events, including home matches, special events, youth/adult soccer tournaments, festivals, and partner appearances.
• Execute in-game activations such as halftime activities, sponsorship elements, and crowd engagement.
• Serve as a positive, professional ambassador for OCSC within Orange County’s diverse community.
• Manage installation, setup, operation, and teardown of interactive elements at scheduled events.
• Host OCSC Watch Parties at local restaurants and bars, distribute premium items, share club information, and interact with fans.
• Assist with OCSC’s mascot, Gnarly, during appearances and game days.
• Distribute and communicate promotional and sales materials at home games and community events.
• Help organize, maintain, and restock marketing collateral and storage units.
• Capture photos and content at events for marketing use.
• Engage fans, collect data, and support lead-generation efforts at each event.
• Complete post-event wrap-up forms following every activation.
• Maintain availability for weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Ability to attend at least 50% of Street Team events and a minimum of 7 OCSC home matches.
• Professional demeanor around entertainment groups, partners, and high-profile talent.
• Genuine passion for soccer and the fan experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Personable, positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in live entertainment, sports, sales, or customer engagement preferred (professional sports experience is a plus).
• High-energy, enthusiastic team players who enjoy interacting with fans.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual labor as needed.
• Must be local to Orange County.
• Must be available 20 hours a week.
