Orange County Soccer Club is looking for energetic, competitive, and motivated individuals who are passionate about sports and want to gain real-world experience in professional sports sales.
This is an ideal opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or professionals looking to break into the sports industry while developing valuable business, communication, and sales skills.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work directly with our Commercial Team to help grow the club by connecting with fans, businesses, youth organizations, and community partners throughout Orange County.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Build relationships with local businesses, youth sports organizations, schools, and community groups.
- Generate ticket sales for season memberships, group outings, premium hospitality, and special events.
- Learn a consultative, needs-based sales approach used throughout professional sports.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales technology to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.

Position Details
Position: Part-Time Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: Flexible (approximately 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends)
Location: Orange County Soccer Club Front Office, Irvine, CA
Compensation: Hourly wage plus performance-based commission opportunities or to fulfill internship requirements
