One Knoxville SC
Founded in 2021, One Knoxville SC is a professional soccer club competing in USL League One. 2025 is One Knoxville’s first season in Covenant Health Park. The season spans from March-October with 17 home games played at Covenant Health Park.
About the Role:
One Knoxville SC is looking for motivated interns to support the match day experience during the USL League One 2025 season. This position will support multiple departments ranging from: event operations, ticketing, merchandise, fan experience, etc. This position allows individuals to gain behind-the-scenes access to a professional club's match day.
Responsibilities & Desired Qualifications
- Available to work majority of home matches in the Fall semester
- Assist in general match day setup and tear down including the concourse, sponsorship boards, merchandise store, hospitality suite, etc.
- Effectively operate your match day task which include assisting the ticketing, operations, merchandising, and fan experience departments
- Support department heads and managers to ensure the timely coordination of the event and positive fan experience
- Ability to adapt and creatively solve problems in a fast paced environment
- Interact with fans in a positive manner as you represent the One Knoxville SC brand
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-starter who can be given a task and will take ownership of the execution
- Energetic personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends for match days
- Other responsibilities related to match day operations as assigned by Front Office members.

- Wednesday, August 27th
- Saturday, August 30th
- Friday, September 26th
- Wednesday, October 1st
- Friday, October 10th
- Sunday, October 19th
- Saturday, October 25th
This position is a great source for college credit/ practicum hours, but is otherwise unpaid.
