One Knoxville SC is a USL League One professional soccer club dedicated to delivering an exciting and memorable matchday experience for our fans. For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are seeking a courteous and professional part-time Box Office Associate. 
 
Job Summary
As a Box Office Associate, you will be vital in providing exceptional customer service by assisting fans with ticket purchases, seating options, pricing information, and general inquiries.

 Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a positive and welcoming experience for fans, ensuring exceptional service from the first interaction
  • Assist customers with purchasing tickets in person 
  • Provide accurate information on ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies
  • Handle ticket-related issues, including reprints, exchanges, and account updates
  • Trouble shoot customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Stay informed about upcoming One Knoxville SC games and events to assist fans effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of stadium policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
     

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of high school degree. Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrates outstanding work ethic and leadership skills, including excellent attendance, professional appearance, and behavior
  • Displays a positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged
