One Knoxville SC is a USL League One professional soccer club dedicated to delivering an exciting and memorable matchday experience for our fans. For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are seeking a courteous and professional part-time Box Office Associate.
Job Summary
As a Box Office Associate, you will be vital in providing exceptional customer service by assisting fans with ticket purchases, seating options, pricing information, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a positive and welcoming experience for fans, ensuring exceptional service from the first interaction
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets in person
- Provide accurate information on ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies
- Handle ticket-related issues, including reprints, exchanges, and account updates
- Trouble shoot customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Stay informed about upcoming One Knoxville SC games and events to assist fans effectively
- Maintain knowledge of stadium policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of high school degree. Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates outstanding work ethic and leadership skills, including excellent attendance, professional appearance, and behavior
- Displays a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual applicants encouraged
