You may be coordinating game schedules, assisting families with registrations, preparing teams for a tournament, managing player information, supporting a club event, or helping solve an unexpected operational challenge.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take initiative, and excited to grow within a fast-paced soccer organization. The right candidate does not need to know every system on day one—we are looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is ready to make an impact.

- Help manage game schedules, calendars, league reschedules, and team information.
- Maintain team schedules and operational information through PlayMetrics and other club platforms.
- Support tournament registrations, deadlines, travel plans, hotel bookings, and team logistics.
- Help manage player rosters and player and coach registration requirements.
- Assist with registrations through USL, MLS, FYSA, US Club Soccer, and other governing organizations.
- Support International Transfer Certificate (ITC) requests and player documentation.
- Assist families with registration, membership, scheduling, and general club questions.
- Communicate with families, coaches, staff, referees, league representatives, and outside partners.
- Help organize and support tryouts, tournaments, summer camps, club events, and community activities.
- Assist with club marketing efforts, school events, and local outreach initiatives.
- Support other club operations and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is proactive and does not wait to be told what needs to be done.
- Is eager to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
- Is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Can manage several tasks at once while staying focused and meeting deadlines.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with families, coaches, staff, and external partners.
- Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.
- Works well independently but values being part of a collaborative team.
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
- Takes pride in following through and completing tasks accurately.
- Has an interest in soccer, youth sports, event operations, or sports management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in soccer, youth sports, administration, event operations, customer service, or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with PlayMetrics, GotSport, SportsEngine, or similar platforms is a preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during tournaments, tryouts, major events, and peak periods.
- Ability to pass required background screening.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SafeSport certification and other required credentials.
What You Can Expect
This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn about many areas of youth soccer operations. You will work closely with club leadership and gain experience in scheduling, player registration, team administration, event planning, family communication, travel coordination, and league operations.
The position is primarily on-site and is expected to require approximately 40 hours per week, primarily on weekdays. Some evening and weekend availability will be required during major club activities.
If you are ready to learn, take initiative, grow professionally, and become an important part of a growing soccer organization, we encourage you to apply.
