Position Summary/Objective:

The Partnerships Account Executive is a powerhouse closer, turning ideas into high-impact corporate partnerships that light up the stadium and the community. From co-branded events and premium signage to digital campaigns and broadcast integrations, you’ll design bold, customized packages that drive results for partners and unforgettable moments for fans.

Working alongside the Vice President, you’ll set the pace for growth by pitching, negotiating, and delivering with precision from first conversation to renewal. Every deal you close fuels our momentum, builds lasting relationships, and keeps our club winning on and off the pitch.


KEY Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for producing the maximum revenue for the club through the sale of corporate and community partnership packages. 
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert and club brand evangelist. 
  • Uncover new opportunities to meet a Partners’ needs and objectives in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible for in-stadium and face-to-face sales presentations in the business community. 
  • Develop and collaborate unique New Mexico United brand-specific or cross-promotional tabling, networking, and community-based events.
  • Responsible for ensuring all ticketing, premium seating food and beverage requests, and in-stadium sponsored assets are incorporated into gameday logistical fulfillment plans. 
  • Strategize and implement phone and email campaigns related to direct marketing efforts. 
  • Ensure partnership assets are fulfilled upon the commencement terms of the contract. 
  • Ensure gameday coordination of the assets. 
  • Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking associations. 
  • Identify and solicit new local, regional, and national corporate partners. 
  • Identify new ways of generating incremental revenue in an efficient way. 
  • Prepare weekly reports to be discussed with the Sales and Executive Team. 
  • Deliver the highest level of client service throughout the life of the partnership 
  • Help set up the field before the match and breakdown after the match.
  • Assist with tarp pull at Isotopes park as needed.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent industry experience 
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a sports team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility 
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required 
  • Knowledge of ticketing, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Trak software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work in virtually team networks 
  • Effective time management skills 
  • Team oriented and self-motivated 
  • Natural assertive style and positive attitude 
  • Superior presentation skills 
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaker is a plus 
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines to meet goals 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours as dictated by scheduling
  • Available to work evenings and weekend events when necessary

*This position has a base salary and includes performance-based incentives.
