• Learn how to use ticketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software to support decision-making.
• Learn about CRM and ticketing platforms, sales funnels, and fan engagement strategies.
• Participate in game-day operations, ticketing activations, and event execution (if applicable)

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Sports Business, Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in the business of sports, merchandising, and fan engagement.

Nice to Have:
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with POS systems, ticketing platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of basic financial or operational reporting principles.

What You’ll Learn:
• How consumer products and ticketing drive revenue and brand loyalty.
• The fundamentals of revenue operations across two distinct verticals.
• Tools and strategies for inventory management, sales tracking, and performance reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
