About the Cosmos
The New York Cosmos Soccer Club is a professional team dedicated to delivering an exciting and memorable experience both on and off the field. With a proud history and a commitment to excellence, we strive to inspire our community through the world’s most popular sport. We will begin playing in USL League One in March 2026.  We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and creative interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the sports industry.

Position Title: General Front Office Operations Intern
Reports To: Department Manager (Marketing, Membership Sales, Merchandise, Business Operations, or Community Relations – based on assignment)

Position Summary:
This internship provides hands-on experience in the daily operations of a professional sports organization. Interns will assist with marketing and sales initiatives, community outreach, merchandise and general business operations. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about soccer, sports management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and assist in setting up, and breakdown of community events and activities.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns, including social media content creation and street team activities.
• Help coordinate community outreach programs, youth clinics, and school visits.
• Contribute to ticket sales and sponsorship activation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to front office staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service to fans, partners, and community members.

Qualifications:
• Current student in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business programs.
• Passion for soccer and the sports industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Bengali or Arabic languages a plus.
