⏰ Schedule: Sundays (2:00-9:00 PM) & one weekday (3:00-9:00 PM). February-May
💰 Pay Rate: $25/hour

Job Overview:

NEFC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Facility Operations Staff Member to assist with the daily maintenance and operations of our complex. This part-time position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic sports environment while gaining hands-on experience in facility management.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside facility staff to maintain cleanliness, remove trash, and set up fields for activities.
Perform light-duty salting, sanding, and shoveling as needed to ensure safety around the facility.
Assist the Facility Manager in maintaining two artificial turf fields.
Conduct inspections to ensure all structures, surfaces, and equipment meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold a high level of professionalism.
Support operations in food and beverage service, retail, and other facility functions as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Prior experience in facility maintenance, sports management, or customer service is a plus but not required.
