Miami FC Street Team Member
Position Summary
Miami FC is seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our Street Team. As a Street Team Member, you will serve as an ambassador for Miami FC by representing the club throughout the South Florida community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping grow the game of soccer through community engagement and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Miami FC professionally and enthusiastically at community events, festivals, schools, youth soccer tournaments, sponsor activations, and other promotional appearances.
- Set up, operate, and break down promotional activations, including tents, banners, tables, inflatables, games, and branded displays.
- Engage with fans of all ages by distributing promotional materials, giveaways, and club information.
- Promote Miami FC matches, season memberships, merchandise, youth programs, camps, and special events.
- Assist with interactive fan experiences, contests, and activities during community activations.
- Serve as a knowledgeable representative of Miami FC by answering questions and providing information about the club.
- Capture photos and videos during activations for marketing and social media purposes when requested.
- Potentially assist with home matchday operations, fan engagement, and promotional activities before, during, and after Miami FC home matches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional activation area.
- Safely transport, handle, and care for promotional equipment and marketing materials.
- Communicate event feedback, attendance estimates, and activation results to the Marketing department.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for soccer and the Miami FC brand is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Schedule & Availability
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible schedule based on the club's event calendar.
- Availability to work Miami FC home matches is preferred.
- Hours will vary depending on scheduled events and activations.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, and move promotional equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Set up and tear down event activations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in promotions, event marketing, customer service, sports, entertainment, or community outreach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working festivals, sporting events, or promotional activations is preferred.
