Forward Madison FC is looking for a personable and confident individual to join the team as a ticket sales intern. This individual will play a key role in increasing ticket sales and improving fan experience for all home soccer games. This position will gain experience in all aspects of selling tickets and experiences, including but not limited to cold calling, prospecting, list building and community event marketing. Additionally, interns for the 2026 season will have the unique experience of assisting with the launch of Madison's new W League team in its inaugural season.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the sale of package, group, and single game tickets
  • Prospect and list build for group sales opportunities
  • Participate in community events on behalf of the club
  • Develop a broad understanding of ProVenue, Score CRM and other tools
  • Make daily sales-focused phone calls with potential customers
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer service calls on non-gamedays
  • Collaborate with the ticket sales and marketing teams to create unique and engaging sales campaigns for packages, groups and single game tickets
  • Play a key role in elevating the fan experience on game days
  • Work game days at the stadium and at other stadium-produced events occurring in evenings and on weekends
  • Lead post-match surveys to collect valuable insights on ticket buying and fan experience
  • Assist with stadium setup to create a first-class game experience 
  • Participate in scheduled Sports Business courses

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, by email, and in person
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

This internship is not available for remote work or relocation assistance.
