Title: Assistant Coach
Forward Madison FC is looking for an Assistant Coach to join the technical staff and work directly with the Technical Director and Head Coach and Sporting Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the on-field product, including training sessions, video analysis, and match management.
- Oversee club goalkeeping, training and implementation of methodology
- Assist and help oversee year-round health and wellness programs for rostered players.
- Be a resource for the Director of Operations in the implementation of camps and clinics, providing availability on occasion to assist and help oversee
- Play an active role in the Madison community and assist in the organization of roster in community engagement, charitable efforts and soccer development.
- Communicate regularly with technical and front office staff.

Qualifications:
- Must have a B coaching license or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
