Role: Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC are looking for a creative and organized individual to help push ticket revenue through different marketing mediums and campaigns. This role will work directly with the ticket sales and marketing teams to create thoughtful marketing strategies focused on all forms of ticketing.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Ticket Sales department to design, plan, and execute ticket-focused marketing, including but not limited to season tickets, mini plans, and group offerings
  • Assist with an annual marketing plan and strategy for Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC
  • Work with General Manager to build a single game ticket marketing plan for each match
  • Work with the Director of Communications to build, develop and execute email campaigns
  • Build and refine customer segmentation, targeting and contact strategies to maximize conversion rates and returning fans
  • Execute A/B tests and campaign analysis to inform smarter, more effective marketing decisions
  • Develop scalable, automated journeys for hyper-targeted segments that continuously increase conversion
  • Continuously evaluate journey performance and implement enhancements to improve results
  • Ideate, plan, and execute theme nights for Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC
  • Play a role in developing marketing campaigns and strategies for team merchandise
  • Lead social media and marketing campaigns to increase Rally Madison FC season ticket deposits

Requirements: 
  • Previous experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sport management, or related field
  • Experience working in sports is preferred
  • Ability to see a project from start to finish
  • Experience using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing tool
  • Must hold a driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to satisfy background check and Safe Sport requirements as dictated by USSF standards

Work Environment:
  • Worksite will be located in Madison, WI with the majority of work occurring in-person.
  • Responsibilities will frequently require work outside of traditional office hours as dictated by team schedule (evenings/weekends)
