Forward Madison FC  is looking for an intern to assist with the operation of a league-leading corporate partnership department. This candidate will gain experience working with the full cycle of partnership activation from solicitation to activation. Additionally, interns for the 2026 season will have the unique experience of assisting with the launch of Madison's new W League team in its inaugural season.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage partnership execution and fulfillment, including gameday activations, capturing proof of performance, and partner asset management
  • Lead the fulfillment of non-match assets, including but not limited to social media, email, and on-site activations
  • Support the Corporate Partnership sales team with relevant industry and partner research to inform the organization of best practices, generate leads, and grow revenue
  • Assist in sustaining positive relationships with all customers and important industry leaders.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing partnership-based events
  • Assist in managing and scheduling player appearances in a partnership capacity
  • Assist with league reporting of corporate partnerships
  • Be one of the main points of contact for corporate partners attending games
  • Work FMFC And W League game days at the stadium and other BSF events occurring in evenings and on weekends
  • Work all Breese Stevens Field concerts as it relates to corporate partnership responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing different projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or a similar program
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Other Requirements:
This internship is not available for remote work or relocation assistance.
