Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach (Part-Time)

VA Revolution is a fast-growing club with a pathway from grassroots to MLS NEXT and Girls Academy. We develop players and people through a disciplined, high-performance environment. We are the youth club of Loudoun United FC.
The Role
We’re adding driven Youth Soccer Coaches who can deliver consistent, high-quality training and uphold our standards on and off the field.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run engaging sessions aligned to the club curriculum, methodology, and seasonal plan
- Follow the club’s session structure; adapt intelligently to player needs without drifting off topic
- Create a positive, demanding learning environment with clear standards
- Provide actionable feedback across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff
- Support matchday coaching, player management, and basic game analysis
- Model punctuality, accountability, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum: UEFA C or USSF D (higher licenses encouraged)
- Prior coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for youth development and ongoing education
- Availability for evenings and weekends
