Virginia Revolution Soccer Club is seeking part-time youth coaches who are passionate about developing young players and creating a positive learning environment. This role is not managing professional or senior-level teams.
This position is ideal for coaches who enjoy working with youth players (primarily ages 9–18) and want to make a meaningful impact through guided, structured coaching sessions within a supportive club setting.

At Virginia Revolution SC, our mission is to foster player growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship through age-appropriate training and competition. We focus on grassroots and youth player development, not professional or adult-level programs.
Responsibilities
- Coach youth players (primarily ages 9–18) during scheduled training sessions and matches
- Deliver sessions using the Virginia Revolution SC club curriculum and coaching methodology
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for learning and development
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership
- Represent the club’s values both on and off the field
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience coaching or working with youth players preferred
- USSF Grassroots or higher coaching license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to youth development
- Availability for evening and weekend sessions (approx. 6–12 hours/week)
