About the Role
Loudoun United FC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Merchandise Intern to support our growing online store and game day operations. This is a hands-on internship where no two days look the same — from updating the website to selling merch pitch-side on match day.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Shopify store management including product uploads, photography, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions
- Support game day merchandise operations including setup, sales, and breakdown
- Unpack, organize, and manage incoming merchandise shipments
- Help fulfill and pack online orders
- Assist with data entry and inventory tracking
- Pull and analyze e-commerce and web traffic reports (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)
- Contribute ideas for new products and merchandise initiatives
- Support buying and vendor research for new product sourcing

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred)
- Passion for soccer and sports business
- Detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new platforms
- Available for home match days (evenings and weekends)
- Self-starter who isn't afraid to pitch ideas
